- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Just moved locally to the area, registering first, one of the receptionists wasn't as friendly however, I let it be as it was coming to the end of the day and I had to register as I am 27 weeks pregnant. I am so glad that I did, today, I spoke to a very friendly receptionist team who helped me so much when I called, she booked me in with the doctor and midwife. Both doctor and midwife were polite, friendly and I had one of the best experience considering my past experience with getting appointments have always been a challenge. Being new to the area, the doctor (Dr Millens) had done everything he can within 5 minutes and the Midwife Michelle, she is honestly a godsend as she had given me everything i needed for my pregnancy, tests were completed, advice was given etc and it really showed me that my last hospital I registered with (West Middlesex in Hounslow) didn't do everything they should have done and didn't even have a record of all my files etc. I have to say, very professional, I would highly recommend as my experience was great today.
